Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping. This shipping is calculated via weight of the order and location. We offer USPS and UPS ground rates (international shipping is not available). Transit time is usually two to seven days.

Expedited shipping – UPS next day, 2 day and 3 day air – are available if you place your order over the phone. Please call our office for a quote and to arrange the shipment.

All orders are subject to verification of payment before shipping. All orders will ship within two business days.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Additionally, if you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will need to call or email us with your order, as additional shipping costs will apply.

Returns

In the unlikely event you receive your product(s) in damaged condition, please notify us immediately via phone or email and we will promptly send a replacement at no charge to you.

You may also return any unopened products within 30 days from the order date for a refund. Be sure to include your receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that unless your item was damaged during shipping, the shipping charges are not refundable.

Opened items  and items marked as Final Sale are not returnable.
