Standard shipping. This shipping is calculated via weight of the order and location. We offer USPS and UPS ground rates (international shipping is not available). It takes between 1-5 days.
Expedited shipping – UPS next day, 2 day and 3 day air – are available if you place your order over the phone. Please call our office for a quote and to arrange the shipment.
All orders are subject to verification of payment before shipping. Orders placed by 1 pm ET will ship the same day. All other orders placed after 1 pm will ship the following business day. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Additionally, if you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will need to call or email us with your order, as additional shipping costs will apply.
Autoship is simple and easy to set up. When on any product page, simply select the option for auto-ship underneath the option for single purchase. Next, from the drop-down, select the frequency you’d like the product delivered. Finally, select the quantity you want with each auto-shipment. This will be the item quantity for your current order and for your recurring orders as well.
In the cart, you will see a summary of your current order and your recurring order (all will reflect the 5% off discount).
If you already have an account with us, you can access it by clicking on the house icon and link at the top left of the cart screen. Enter your username or password to log in. If you are a new customer, you’ll be asked to create an account with a username and password during the checkout process. Once your autoship order is placed, you’re all set! We do the rest, and your packages will arrive on time, every time!
You can review your autoship subscription or make changes to it (address and billing info, password, etc.) by logging in to your account, and clicking on the Subscription tab on the left. Click on the View/Edit button to the right of your subscription. On the next screen you’ll see buttons you can click to edit quantity, frequency and shipping details, skip a shipment or cancel your subscription – simply click on the button that suits your needs and change any preferences accordingly. In the unlikely event you receive your product(s) in damaged condition, please notify us immediately via phone or email and we will promptly send a replacement at no charge to you.
You may also return any unopened products within 30 days from the order date for a refund. Be sure to include your receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that unless your item was damaged during shipping, the shipping charges are not refundable.
